We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with Launchware within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund—no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account email and reason for the refund
  3. Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

  • Subscription fees within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Annual plans within 30 days of purchase
  • Charges due to billing errors

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Subscription fees after 30 days
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases after delivery
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

Partial Refunds

After the 30-day guarantee period, we do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription. You may cancel at any time, but your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for processing
  • 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
