Launchware provides an all-in-one platform for coaches, consultants, and course creators to build and manage their businesses. Our services include but are not limited to email marketing, course hosting, payment processing, and community management.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Launchware and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

In no event shall Launchware be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
